At Neo Maximus, every piece is made-to-order, produced specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we ask that you review sizing, product details, and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.
We stand behind everything we make, and we want you to have a great experience with the brand.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right. To help us resolve it quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund. You won't need to ship the original item back.
Wrong Size?
We get it. Sizing online is a guess, and sometimes the guess is wrong. Because every piece is made-to-order, we can't take the original back or swap it (there's no warehouse of spares to pull from). But we're not going to make you eat the full cost of a do-over.
Within 14 days of delivery, reach out and we'll send you a one-time code for 50% off a replacement in the right size. Keep the original, gift it, donate it. It's yours.
Check the size chart on each product page before ordering and you'll probably never need this. But it's here if you do.
Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
- Worn or washed garments
- Final sale and limited-edition items
- Orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout
Shipping
We're not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, customs, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout. If a package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll do everything we can to help track it down or make it right.
